PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
The personal data that will be subject to processing are:
• First and last name.
• Company name.
• Job title/position.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Data contained in official identification including image.
• Browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and time spent on site.

Personal data may be collected through the website www.dicio.com, email, phone calls, and messages through the "WhatsApp" application.

No patrimonial, financial, or sensitive data is collected or requested.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter LFPDPPP), all processing of personal data requires the consent of the Data Subject.

Primary Purposes
• Create databases for general informational and/or commercial purposes.
• Contact and provide general information about products, services, and/or technology solutions.
• Resolve and follow up on questions and/or comments related to commercial products and/or services.
• Initiate the quotation process for the provision of products and/or services.
• Verify and confirm the identity of the Data Subject with their official identification.

Secondary Purposes
• Create user profiles for the services offered by the Data Controller.
• Create databases for marketing and/or advertising purposes.
• Marketing and/or advertising consisting of communications related to offers, promotional messages about products and/or services.
• Evaluate service quality through surveys, market studies, trivia, games and sweepstakes, participation in social networks, chats, and information.
• Browsing data is analyzed for market purposes, quality and improvement of products and services, as well as the website.

The Data Subject, at all times, has the option to revoke their consent for any purpose of processing and/or transfer of their personal data, which may be exercised under the terms of the section titled "Means and Procedure to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition ("ARCO Rights") and Revocation of Consent" of this Privacy Notice.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller will transfer personal data to business partners and/or partners with whom contracts have been entered into for the offering of its services, for the joint promotion or quotation of technology solutions and related services, for marketing and/or commercial purposes.

National and/or international transfers of personal data may be carried out without the consent of the Data Subject when any of the following circumstances occur, as established in LFPDPPP Article 36:
• The transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
• The transfer is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, provision of healthcare, medical treatment, or healthcare services management;
• The transfer is made to controlling, subsidiary, or affiliated companies under common control of the data controller, or to a parent company or any company in the same group of the data controller that operates under the same internal processes and policies;
• The transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the data subject, by the data controller and a third party;
• The transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the prosecution or administration of justice;
• The transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding; and
• The transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the data controller and the Data Subject.

OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT THE DATA CONTROLLER OFFERS TO DATA SUBJECTS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller respects all general, sectoral, and proprietary exclusion lists that, as applicable, it is obligated to comply with by legal mandate or its own institutional policies.

Likewise, we inform you that the Data Controller has its own exclusion list in which you will be registered if your request is deemed appropriate.

If you wish to limit the use and/or disclosure of your personal data by us, you may submit a request in writing to the email address legal@dicio.ai, indicating at least the personal data for which you wish to limit use or disclosure, as well as your full name and the email address through which you wish to be notified. Our personal data department will have a maximum period of twenty (20) business days to communicate the response to your request.

MEANS AND PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION ("ARCO RIGHTS") AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The Data Subject has the right to protection of their personal data; at all times they may request access to their personal data or information about the characteristics and conditions of processing, the rectification and/or correction of personal data when they are inaccurate or outdated; the cancellation of their personal data when their deletion is required and the right of opposition so that processing ceases for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice and there is no legal impediment to do so; as well as the revocation of their consent for the processing of their personal data.

In this regard, the Data Subject may exercise their rights related to the protection of personal data, personally or through their legal representative, by sending a request addressed to the Data Controller at the email address legal@dicio.ai. Such request must contain the following:
• Full name of the Data Subject.
• Address, email address, or any other means to hear and receive notifications.
• Copy of current official identification of the Data Subject and, as applicable, that of their legal representative. In this case, the document with which the legal representative proves their standing must be attached. Documents must be scanned and attached to the email for review.
• A clear and precise description of the personal data for which any of the ARCO rights is sought to be exercised, except in the case of the right of access.
• The description of the ARCO right intended to be exercised, or what the Data Subject requests.
• In the case of the right of rectification, a clear and precise description of the modifications or updates to their personal data, providing documentation supporting them.
• For the exercise of the right of opposition, the Data Subject must demonstrate that the processing of personal data causes them damage or harm, or unwanted legal effects, or significantly affects their interests, rights, or freedoms, resulting from automated processing without human intervention.
• Any other element, information, or document that facilitates the location of their personal data.

The Data Controller will have a period of twenty (20) business days from the date on which it received your request to notify you of the corresponding determination. If the request is appropriate, there will be an additional period of fifteen (15) business days to make your right effective. These periods may be extended for another equal period only once when circumstances justify it.

USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
The Data Controller does not use remote or local means of communication to collect Personal Data automatically or simultaneously, such as cookies and/or web beacons through digital methods of information transfer and reading such as Bluetooth.

This Privacy Notice is available on the website at the URL https://dicio.com/aviso.html.

By clicking on the legend "I grant my consent for the processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Notice" and "Submit Request," the Data Subject freely, specifically, unequivocally, and informedly consents to the scope and content of this Privacy Notice.

UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
The Data Controller reserves the right to periodically update or modify the Privacy Notice in accordance with changes to information practices, in response to legislative developments or new internal policies.

Such modifications will be available to the public through the website.
